The « Fine Blanking»
We use the blanking technique for very wide pieces
(14 mm) requiring their geometry to be precisely
maintained. Fine blanking also makes possible regular
cutting on flanks without cracks and tears, enabling
us to avoid additional correction and tooling operations.
With a production tool consisting of 19 hydraulic
presses with a power of between 80 T and 630 T,
Groupe ISTRA ranks among the European leaders in
the fine blanking sector. |

The
« Classic blanking»
We use so-called " classic " blanking on correction
presses or automatic presses. We transform all types
of sheet metal, slit bands and pre-blanked flanks
In automatic blanking, we can launch the manufacture
of medium and small series with progressive tools.
